I’m *coach name* and I’m a fitness professional with 8 years of experience. I’ve helped thousands of people get in shape and this is the most effective workout program for people with limited mobility that I came up with so far. It just requires a chair and some good will, 3 days a week!
This program is anyone who wants to develop full body strength and flexibility at home. You can do it at home or at a park. It doesn’t take more than 30 minutes, 3 times per week.
