About this program
For who - for anyone who want to improve their physical performance, but leans towards intermediate level (people who have experience with working out)
The following program will consist of 3 distinct phases: • A 3+1 week hypertrophy phase • A 3+1 week maximum strength phase • And a 3+1 week power phase
The hypertrophy phase will increase your muscle mass, which will give you more potential to be stronger. During the maximum strength phase, you will increase the maximum force you can exert. In the final phase, the power/explosive power phase, the goal will be to develop power as quickly as possible to allow it to translate to athletic performance.
Results depend on tens of factors including your prior shape, diet, lifestyle, genetics etc. That’s why we can give no guarantees of results. What we can promise is that after 4 weeks you’ll be in much better shape than when you started.
